E.M. Service has been our "go to" company for Electric motor repair for the past 7 years. They are Fast, Honest, and Efficient. Most other shops do not have their own machine shop. This allows them to repair just about any problem with our rare, Italian made, motors. This is a big plus when overseas delivery can take a very long time. Larry Weiss Laundry Maintenance

I'd highly recommend E.M. Service! They are our primary supplier of Leeson Electric Motors and Hitachi Inverters. If we get into a pinch, we know that we can always count on E.M. Service takes immediate action to take care of the customer. Hitachi VFD's are known for their quality and durability due to their robust design, but on the very rare occasion that there has been a field failure, E.M. Service has worked diligently to address the issue in a manner that meets and/or exceeds the expectations of the customer. I have been a loyal customer of EM Service for almost 20 years now. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their years of experience have helped me in not only the purchasing and repair of motors and more common things like sump pumps; but in the selection of items such as Variable Frequency Drives (great prices!), controls for pumping stations, right down to the proper capacitor I needed. The Service in their name is what they stand truly stand for.

I had e.m. service repair my septic tank aerator and it came with a one year warranty. A month shy of the one year warranty the motor had locked up. they would not honor the aerator and wanted me to spend another 180 dollars on top of the 450.00 I had spent 11 months prior to rebuild it. Totally unsatisfactory and would recommend to everyone that they do bad work and more importantly bad business. They can rip me off once but not twice. edited July 31st. the only reason I did not purchase a used one is they offered a one year warranty . is that the same warranty as the new ones or do the used ones you sell last longer than 8 months? where my septic tank is there is no way could ever flood. I live on a hill with over 15 feet of fall and its all sandy soil. poor excuse to void a warranty.
